The real estate operating system

One system to run the entire agency.

CoreX OS is the all-in-one operating system for a real estate agency — listings, deals, documents, signatures, compliance and a domain AI in a single source of truth. We do complicated so you can do simple.

Open development

Ask for a feature. We build it.

CoreX is built around your agency on an open, continuous development model. If your agency needs something, tell us — we won’t say no.

  1. 01

    You ask

A CoreX agency requests a feature.

  2. 02

    We scope

We map it onto the four pillars.

  3. 03

    We build

To the same standard as everything else.

  4. 04

    It ships

To your CoreX — and the whole platform.

We’ll never say no to a good idea. If it’s buildable, we build it.

The problem

An agency runs on five disconnected tools. The data pays the price.

A portal here, a CRM there, signatures somewhere else, and spreadsheets holding it all together. The same deal gets re-typed four times, nothing reconciles, and no one can answer a simple question with confidence.

The four pillars

Four core entities. One connected graph.

Everything in CoreX connects to four things. No module is an island — every action enriches the whole graph. Integration isn’t a feature here, it’s the architecture.

01

Property

The physical asset

Residential, commercial or land — every listing, mandate and valuation hangs off it.

02

Contact

Any person

Buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or attorney — one profile, every relationship.

03

Deal

Any transaction

Sale, renewal or referral — the thread that moves money and status.

04

Agent

The practitioner

Agent or principal — FFC, commission splits and performance in one place.

Every record is a combination

A listing links Property + Agent. A signed mandate links all four. The links are the value — and the moat no bolt-on integration can copy.

Flows

The whole lifecycle, one click at a time.

CoreX models real estate as a continuous lifecycle. Within a deal, the pipeline advances stage by stage — downstream steps activate, deadlines land on your calendar, and progress is RAG-flagged as you go.

Ellie · Domain AI

Not a chatbot. A real estate operations specialist.

Ellie is embedded in CoreX and fluent in South African property practice — the Property Practitioners Act, FICA, POPIA and CPA. Ask her about the law or your agency’s playbook, by voice or chat.

  • Knows the law

PPA, FICA, POPIA and CPA — she reasons within the Property Practitioners Act, not generic web answers.

  • Grounded in a knowledge base

Ellie answers from a curated knowledge base of SA property practice and your agency’s own playbook — searched and cited, not guessed.

  • Voice & chat

Ask out loud between viewings or type at your desk — same specialist either way.

  • Ellie advises, humans decide

She never makes automated changes. Ellie recommends; the agent stays in control.

What FICA documents do we need for a cash buyer who’s an individual?

For an individual cash buyer, FICA due diligence typically calls for:

  • A certified copy of a green bar-coded or smart ID.
  • Proof of residential address, under three months old.
  • Proof of the source of funds for the purchase.

Drawn from FICA client due-diligence guidance — confirm against your agency’s risk policy.

Modules

Every tool an agency needs, rebuilt to work as one.

These aren’t roadmap promises — they’re live modules that share the same graph. Each one is best-in-class on its own, and unbeatable together.

Listings

Multi-agent listings with a Property24 email parser that extracts suburb and detail automatically, then syndicates straight back to the portal.

Calendar

Appointments, mandates and inspections on one shared agency calendar.

TV Display

Office screens that show live listings, deals and milestones.

Client Portal

A branded client portal where buyers and sellers see their matched properties, manage their consent, and stay connected to their agent.

Core Matches Consent

Mobile

Much of CoreX on-the-go — capture contacts, manage matches, check your calendar and talk to Ellie from anywhere.

Compliance, built in

Regulated by design — not by reminder.

South African property practice is heavily regulated. CoreX treats compliance as part of the workflow, so the right check happens at the right step and nothing reaches registration unchecked.

PPRA & FFC

Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate status tracked per agent — flagged before it lapses.

Property Practitioners Act

Workflows built around Act 22 of 2019 — mandates, disclosures and the practitioner obligations that come with every deal.

FICA

Client due diligence captured at the point of the deal, tied to the Contact, and required before registration can proceed.

POPIA

Consent recorded on every contact, data minimised by design, and access scoped by role across the agency.

Total control

Your agency. Your rules. Your system.

CoreX doesn’t lock you into someone else’s workflow. You configure the system to fit exactly how you run your business — and control precisely who can see and do what. Configured by you, not hardcoded by us.

01 · The Role Manager

Granular permissions, down to the last capability

Define your own roles — principal, agency admin, branch manager, agent, or anything custom — and tick precisely what each one can do. Every capability is a separate key: view, create, edit, delete, manage, oversight. Nothing is all-or-nothing.

  • A branch manager can be given oversight of their branch — stalled deals, expiring mandates, ignored notifications — but nothing agency-wide.
  • An agent sees only their own work; a principal sees everything.
  • Every new capability ships with its own permission keys — gated in the sidebar, on the route and in the controller.

The agency admin — not the software vendor — decides who touches what. The Role Manager is the single source of truth.

Capability
Every key is separate: View Create Edit Delete Manage Oversight

02 · Multi-tenancy & branches

Hard data boundaries — as open or walled-off as you choose

Every agency is a hard, structural boundary — one agency can never see another’s data. Running multiple branches? Switch on Split Branches for a second isolation layer so Branch A’s agents can’t see Branch B’s contacts, properties, deals, documents or tasks.

  • Principal opt-in and reversible — ships off by default, flip it on or off at will with no data loss either way.
  • Principals see across all branches, and a “View as Branch” switcher drops them into any branch and back out cleanly.
  • Cross-branch deals can be shared (originator + co-branch) with commission splits tracked.
  • Per-branch portal syndication — each branch pushes to Property24 / Private Property on its own credentials, or the agency’s.

One agency, many branches — perfectly partitioned, or wide open. The principal chooses.

03 · Nothing hardcoded

The agency configures its own language

Every dropdown, status, type and category comes from your own settings — never a fixed list baked into the code. Change any of them anytime, no developer required.

CoreX adapts to your process — you don’t adapt to CoreX.

04 · Audit & recovery

Nothing is ever truly lost

Total control means total accountability — every action is reversible and traceable.

  • Soft deletes. Every “delete” archives the record instead of destroying it — an admin can recover it.
  • Attributable log. Actions are logged and tied to the person who took them.
  • Nudge, don’t override. Managers can prompt agents on outstanding items without silently taking over the work.

Questions, answered

Neither on its own. CoreX is the operating system for the whole agency — listings, contacts, deals, documents, signing, compliance and AI in one graph. It replaces the CRM, the portal workflow and the document tools, rather than sitting alongside them.

CoreX was built for all real estate agencies and architected to be licensed to any of them. It is multi-tenant by design — your agency’s data, branding and branches stay your own.

Yes. CoreX parses Property24 listing emails to extract detail and suburb automatically, and syndicates your listings back to the portal — while the deal itself lives in CoreX. Each branch can even syndicate under its own portal credentials.

Documents are authored in HTML/Blade and rendered to PDF through real Chrome (Puppeteer) for legal-grade fidelity, with electronic signing (canvas capture, sequential signing, identity gates) or wet-ink scan & flatten for paper.

FICA, POPIA and PPRA/FFC tracking are built into the workflow. The system follows the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 and treats the PPRA — not the dissolved EAAB — as the regulator.

Built around your agency

It’s your agency’s system — and it never stops getting better.

CoreX isn’t rented software you bend to fit. It’s built around your agency, on an open, continuous development model — the system you buy keeps growing with you.

Built for your agency

CoreX runs the way you run — your roles, your process, your data. The system belongs to the agency, not the other way around.

Your idea, taken seriously

Every request from a CoreX agency is reviewed, never dismissed. If it’s buildable, it goes on the roadmap.

Built for you, shipped for all

When we build your feature, it strengthens the whole platform — so CoreX keeps compounding in value.
